Property description
This well-maintained ground floor flat is located only 600m from the beach in a very quiet area of the coastal resort of Can Picafort.
The building with 13 units was built in 1985 and has always been maintained by all owners. The flat, with approx. 50m2 living space, is divided into 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and bright living/dining area.
The living/dining area leads to the huge south-west facing terrace, where a high green hedge serves as a boundary, creating a great outdoor area with lots of privacy. There is also a long marquise as a sun and privacy screen, allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air even on warm and sunny days. Garden furniture, parasols and sunbeds are already on site, and can be quickly stowed away with little effort in a small storage room on the same terrace.
Hot/cold air conditioning in the living/dining area is sufficient to air-condition most of the flat as desired, thanks to the double-glazed windows. All windows are fitted with robust, long-lasting aluminium shutters. A garage parking space including storage area, all furniture and extras, and even a VW Polo are included in the purchase price!
A perfect holiday home for the whole family as well as an attractive property for capital investors!

Location
Can Picafort, also called C'an Picafort, is a family-friendly seaside resort in the northeast of Mallorca.
At the beginning of the 1970s, Can Picafort was just a small fishing village consisting of 200 inhabitants, which has gradually been transformed into a major tourist area. It has a wide range of hotels and restaurants and has become one of the main tourist destinations on the island with many attractions. On the outskirts of Can Picafort, in the so-called Son Baulo area, there is a small nature reserve where you can see a variety of fauna such as tortoises, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, dormice and Algerian hedgehogs. Can Picafort also has important archaeological excavations, mostly from pre-Roman times.
A characteristic feature of Can Picafort is the long beach with turquoise waters, flanked by a wonderful boulevard with many terraces and shops. The sea gets steadily deeper and is therefore also ideal for children. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at most places. On the south side, the beach merges into the marina. The central location in the magnificent bay of Alcúdia makes it the perfect base for a sun and beach holiday. An international population lives permanently in Can Picafort, but as it is primarily a holiday resort, it is very quiet in winter.
A perfect holiday destination for the summer as well as an attractive retreat for the rest of the year!
